Stacy is compassionate and diligent with the ability to streamline her focus in an effort to accomplish any and all goals that are set. Born in Springfield, Illinois, Mrs. Kopjas is a “Corporate Brat” who has also lived and worked in Chicago, Atlanta, Washington State, Los Angeles, and St. Louis. This reality has made Stacy incredibly adaptable and ready to adjust to changes as they arise.

As an Acquisition Specialist, Stacy maintains that same infallible mentality when it comes to working with homeowners in distressed scenarios. Mrs. Kopjas developed an interest in real estate 5 years ago when she bought her first home with her husband. Initially, it was a love of interior design that fueled an intrigue in real estate and it grew to encompass an interest in some of the less stylish but equally as important characteristics of real estate as well. From working with contractors to understanding some of the nuisances of foreclosures and short sales, Mrs. Kopjas is determined to share valuable information with her clients that they might otherwise not be privy to. She looks at identifying the best scenarios for their particular situations and assisting them through the execution and process. This is her favorite aspect of working with clients at One Home Away.

Stacy is attracted to creativity and the importance of community. In her opinion, nothing compares to the strength of community; and the unconditional love and support of one another. Stacy strives to teach and serve others so that society may share life together in the most harmonious manner.
